Hello Bamboozle Street Teamers,

We here at Bamboozle are excited about your passion and devotion to the festival and want you to bask in the greatness of the Bamboozle too, but we need your help!

We’ve created a point system as a reward for you devotion to the festival. Through this you can score yourself free Bamboozle tickets, Hoodwink Tickets, & more! We are looking for you to be the official promoters of Bamboozle by spreading the Bamboozle love anyway you can. Below is a point system to work off of. Follow it, be creative, be Bamboozlers… but we need proof! Flyers, posters, and banners can be downloaded here and can easily be printed out at home.

Point System:

1. Flyer Distribution (concerts, record store windows, etc) – 1pt per location
2. Hanging posters in a store window / corkboard, etc – 1pt per business
3. Working the lines at shows – 3pts per show
4. Working the Bamboozle / Linc Star table at The Break Contest - 5pts full day, or 2pts part of the day
5. Online promotion (banners, flyers, etc) – ½pt per location
6. Online promotion (every 5 tweets, facebook status updates, myspace bulletins, redesigning a myspace page etc) – 1pt per update
7. Wearing previous Bamboozle shirts or hoodies white promoting – +½pt for each time
8. Creative homemade projects promoting the festival (youtube videos, songs, artwork, poetry, articles) – 3-5pts plus 1pt for every 100 views
9. Dressing up as the bamboozle clown while handing out flyers in a city – 10 points

Here’s Some Guidelines…
For the shows it must be pictures of Street Teamer handing out flyers along with the club’s billboard. Stores must be the store’s sign with the poster in the window. Full Counter space should be displayed also with flyers also. If you have friends who would be interested in this, please spread the word and have their info sent over to Dani at streetteam@thebamboozle.com. Final Deadline for submissions will be March 15th for California and April 15th for New Jersey.

Want your chance to prove to AP and the world what you've got what it takes to be an on-site reporter? This year at The Bamboozle, we're giving you the opportunity to replace one of our editors for the weekend to cover the entire festival for altpress.com. You will have All Access to cover the event and provide constant updates to the AP site. Think you can handle it? To enter, write a 250-word review of a show you went to recently by 4/4. Our editors will read all of the entries and pick who they think is most qualified.
