New Jersey Policies

The New Meadowlands Stadium Company is committed to providing a memorable event day experience for all guests.  With that goal in mind, we have developed a Guest Code of Conduct which all guests are expected to follow.
The New Meadowlands Stadium and our promoters ask the guests to assist in creating an enjoyable and safe environment by:

  • Respecting each other as well as our employees
  • Consuming alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner
  • Refraining from fighting, throwing items or using foul/abusive language or gestures
  • Not displaying indecent messages on clothing
  • Not creating a disruption to the progress of the event by their actions
  • Keeping the New Meadowlands Stadium SMOKE-FREE

Crowdsurfing is not permitted and All Violators will be ejected

Guests who choose not to follow the Guest Code of Conduct will be subject to ejection and possible arrest.

New Meadowlands Stadium Carry-In Policy
Guests are welcome to carry-in:

  • Bags or purses that are 12” x 12” x 12” or less in size.  All bags will be subject to search.  Please note: standard size backpacks are larger than this size.
  • Jackets or blankets after being patted down or searched

Guests may NOT carry-in the following items:

  • Any type of bottle (even if uncapped), cans, hard-sided coolers, thermoses or ice chests
  • Video or professional cameras
  • Lawn chairs
  • Alcohol of any kind
  • Weapons or anything that can be used as a projectile or is deemed dangerous
  • Banners, signs or flags of any size
  • Frisbees, beach balls, laser pointers, strollers or umbrellas
  • Any animal with the exception of a service animal
  • Stickers or other promotional materials
  • Any other item deemed inappropriate at the discretion of management

To ensure the highest level of safety and security, all guests will be subject to a courteous pat-down screening upon entry by Safety Services staff of the same gender. All bags and vehicles will be subject to inspection upon entry. Persons that refuse to be patted down and/or refuse to have their bags or vehicle inspected will not be admitted. By presenting your ticket or credential to Safety Services staff, you consent to such inspections and waive any and all related claims that you might have against the New Meadowlands Stadium Company.  Alcohol, weapons, or any items the Safety Services staff deems dangerous will be confiscated.  Thank you for your cooperation.

WHAT CAN I BRING TO THE FESTIVAL?

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
This festival is a RAIN OR SHINE event.

WHAT TIME DOES HOODWINK AND THE BAMBOOZLE START AND END?
For Friday, doors open at 5:00pm and the show is done by 10:30pm.  Doors open on Saturday at 12:30pm and the show is done by 10:30pm. For the Sunday show, doors open at 11:30am and show is over by 10:30pm

WHAT IS THE PARKING SITUATION?
There is assigned lots for all Bamboozle guests. Due to construction, available parking will vary around the festival site including on the east side of Route 120.  Please follow the staff directions when you arrive.

ARE TICKETS STILL AVAILABLE?
Tickets are on sale now.

IS THERE RE-ENTRY?
No. There is no re-entry on either day of the festival at any time.

WHAT IS THE CLOSEST AIRPORT TO THE FESTIVAL
The Bamboozle East Rutherford grounds are located 10 minutes away from Newark Airport in Newark. New Jersey. Airports such as LaGuardia and JFK are in the vicinity of the festival grounds but are farther away.

WILL THERE BE EMERGENCY STAFF?
There will be EMT's on site in multiple locations along with Police and Security throughout the festival grounds. Please see the Bamboozle Map (coming soon) for the locations of the medical tents.

IS THERE A PICK UP/ DROP OFF AREA?
Yes there will be safe and secure Drop Off/Pick Up for the Festival. Please see the Parking Section for more info.

WILL THERE BE FOOD AT THIS EVENT?
There will be food available at mobile concessions located throughout the festival.  For guests 21 years of age and older who intend to consume alcohol, please have a valid state-issued identification with you at all times while at the festival.

IS THERE A PARENTS’ LOUNGE?
A parents’ lounge will be available in a tent immediately adjacent to the festival entry gate.

IS PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO THE FESTIVAL AVAILABLE?
Bus and train service will be available via the New Jersey Transit Authority.  Please visit www.njtransit.com for more information including schedule and fare information.

I WANT TO SHOOT PHOTOS. WHERE CAN I GET A PHOTO PASS?
Bamboozle personally selects it's photography staff each year from various outlets. Please note that our space is extremely limited. For more information please email press@thebamboozle.com
